Job Summary

  • Channel Development Executive is a key role with responsibility for overseeing, executing and coordinating new store launching projects.
  • This position ensures that all activities related to the implementation of new store & renew store, store quality enhancement, store manual & standardization from planning are executed effectively, efficiently and in line with the strategic goals and direction of the company.
  • Oversee and coordinate with stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation to facilitate successful new store launches as planned.

Responsibilities

1. Retail Store Development (50%)

- End-to-End Retail store launching process

        + Responsible for assessing the suitability of project sites according to criteria.

        + Understand brand language and identity manual to execute projects.

        + Specific application based on Brand Manual criteria and actual operational needs in each project.

        + Execute store launching End-to-end procedure

        + Apply current processes and develop processes to coordinate with relevant departments to complete work effectively.

- Risk Management

         + Responsible for effectively managing project budgets.

         + Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project phase and proactively develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.

         + Ensure all projects comply with company procedures, local regulations and building codes. 

2. Business Development (30%)

  • Understand corporate strategy to evaluate and execute projects effectively
  • Regularly survey and update market information
  • Responsible for developing effective investment project plans for the company for potential partners. 

3. Data Analysis & Reporting (20%)

  • Analysis of 3C 5P model in each project
  • Update and monitor business performance of FMC retail stores
  • Make periodically reports to supervisors and relevant departments. 

Requirements

Education: University graduated from majors: Business administration, Marketing.

Experience:

  • 1+ year experience in retail management, business development, or franchise operations. Priority is given to candidates with experience in automotive industry. (Mandatory)
  • Understanding of automotive service operating procedures.
  • Experienced in project execution and build working processes.
  • Sales and Marketing or related functions (Plus)

Skills

  • Strong at communication and presentation in both Vietnamese and English (Mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and project management skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer experience optimization.
  • Priority is given to candidates with drafting and layout skills in construction.
  • Language: fluent English Speaking and writing (Reference: IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700, TOEFL ibt 75 above)
  • Others: Able to travel, on field working with outdoor conditions
