About the role


As the Store Productivity & Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for optimising operational efficiency, increasing productivity and enhancing our safety culture within our commercial tyre stores.


This is a strategic role that encompasses the identification of process improvement opportunities and the implementation of streamlined workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate store performance and prioritise safety standards.


This role is based in our corporate head office in Eastwood, Adelaide.



  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing processes and design and execute refined workflows that enhance productivity while maintaining rigorous safety protocols
  • Utilise data analytics to obtain meaningful insights into commercial tyre store performance, customer behaviour, and operational challenges
  • Partner with the learning and development team to develop and deliver tailored training programs for tyre fitters
  • Enhance safety culture within the stores by implementing and reinforcing safe processes and cultivating an environment where safety is paramount
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to define and manage customer expectations, ensuring prompt and accurate communication of service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring performance to formulate strategies to exceed expectations.

About you


You will be and effective communicator and strategic thinker who enjoys analysing data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. You will also have a desire to drive improvement initiatives coupled with strong project management capabilities including effective prioritisation, timeline management, and cross-functional team leadership.



To be able to perform this role successfully, as a minimum you will have:


  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement within the automotive industry or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including effective prioritisation, timeline management, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling productive collaboration with store teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
