About the role

Reporting to the National HR Manager you are responsible for providing sound and timely HR advice and support to Business Units nationally in a fast paced environment. This is an opportunity for a highly effective operational HR practitioner to use their expertise in driving key outcomes of organisational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in the management of people throughout the Business Units, providing operational advice in the areas of employee and industrial relations, recruitment and selection, on-boarding, career path planning and succession planning.
  • Working with Business Unit leaders to positively influence staff engagement with a particular focus on coaching and development initiatives.
  • Provide sound advice to Business Units in the most efficient utilisation of their human resources in order to meet their objectives.
  • Develop, nurture and enable a results-oriented, value driven organisational culture to successfully engage with staff within the Business Units.

About you

You will have a clear passion for fostering a forward-thinking culture, building leadership capability and ensuring the overall effectiveness of all HR related strategy.

Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills, commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships, high degree of autonomy, integrity and proactivity will all contribute to your success in this role.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or other related disciplines will be viewed favourably.
