About the role

 

Support the day-to-day management of Bridgestone’s national property portfolio across Australia, including all document administration, data base management, lessor/lessee relationship building and key reporting. Ensure any property related requests are followed up with lessors in a timely manner and outcomes are communicated back to our sub lessees.

 

  • Provide support to the National Leasing Manager.
  • Provide lease management and administrative service for the BSAL property portfolio. 
  • Liaise with landlords and retailers over market rental negotiations and insurance compliance.

About you

 

You should be able to demonstrate that you have relevant practical experience in a similar role, along with:

 

  • Tertiary education in business or property.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial property management.
  • Good commercial lease understanding.
  • Ability to negotiate market rental positions in line with lease conditions.
  • Intermediate capability in MS Office.
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of the business environment.
