About the role

We have an opportunity for a motivated & proactive individual to take responsibility for analysing & processing billing transactions to ensure invoice integrity for various fleet leasing & Commercial transport customers.

Working as part of a small team, you will ensure the integrity of our fleet management system as well as playing a key role in supporting our Sales Team to deliver a high level of customer service and total quality management through data collection and reporting responsibilities.

About you

We are seeking a switched on, hardworking team player who is familiar with a wide range of operational and business procedures within a Commercial environment and who has some understanding of business accounting and transaction processing systems. 

Your strong problem-solving and analytical skills, sound computer knowledge and a successful track record in providing high level customer service will add to your effectiveness and job satisfaction. 

Requirements

You will be required to:

  • develop close working relationships with customers and demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • demonstrate strong customer service skills along with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • have previous experience in a call centre or administrative position.
  • have sound analytical and problem solving capabilities with the ability and commitment to sound record keeping and account reconciliation functions.
  • have the ability to work under pressure and respond to customer and dealer queries.
  • have proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
