Job Summary
Manage and conduct employee development program including in-house and outside training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and analyze training and employee orientation programs.
- Collaboration with internal and external trainers.
- Prepare, summarize, evaluation and follow up on training results
- Collect training records and related documents associated with the Labor Skills Development Institute.
- Gathering documents and prepare for internal and external audits.
- Prepare data and summaries of the company's learning system
- Monitor and coordinate various projects related to organizational and employee
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
- Junior Staff : Fresh graduate also welcome.
- Staff Position : At least 2 years of experience in HRD.
- Good communication in English (Required TOEIC score minimum 450 )
