Job Summary

Translate documents, serve as an interpreter in meetings and on-site, translating between Thai and Japanese, and summarize key follow-up points from the meeting as necessary.
Support language translation for Thai staff visiting Japan and Japanese staff coming to work in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Translate documents between Thai and Japanese and vice versa.
  • Interpret in meetings and on-site.
  • Summarize key follow-up points from meetings as necessary.
  • Provide language support for international assignments of Thai and Japanese staff.
  • Participate in company-organized activities and encourage employees to engage in important organizational events.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Major): Arts, Humanities, Education, or related fields (Japanese language)

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Japanese language interpretation.
  • At least ___ years of experience in team management and supervising subordinates.

Certificates / Professional Qualifications / Licenses:

  • JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level N2

Skills

English:

  • Minimum TOEIC score: 450

Japanese:

  • Japanese language proficiency test score: N2
