Job Summary

Developing an organization-wide annual learning and development plan. Ensuring everybody gets the training required to perform better. Monitoring the success of the training plan. Balancing training spending with value gained


  • Support Learning & Development organization and arranging training program                                   
  • Ensure the necessary process about competency management, Skill Matrix, Training Matrix, and succession plan to drive employee capability & Performance that align with business target
  • Analyzes and performs skill gap analysis to develop specific training action plan                  
  • Conduct reporting and general analytics around learning completion and other data: Create clear presentations of this information                                                                                                                       
  • Leverages multiple digital platforms to support the learning journey, which include LMS, Webinars and Micro-Learning                                                                                                                               
  • Analyze and recommend training consultant /trainers/leering and development solution                                                                                                               


• Bachelor’s degree in HR , Business administration or related field                                          

• Staff Position At least 2-6 years of experience in Learning and Development function                                   

• Senior staff Position up to 7 years of experience in Learning and Development function              


• Able to work effectively under pressure, Plan and priority, Strong knowledge in skill development promotion act.

• Good command of both spoken and written in English TOEIC >450
