Job Summary
This job will be responsible for controlling, coordinating, supporting, promoting, and communicating clear information regarding the benefits, welfare, and employee relations activities to employees, which affects employee relations according to the company policy.
Responsibilities
• Creating and planning company activities and a Happy workplace.
• Investigates and processes employee grievances and formal complaints.
• Investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, prepare case briefs.
• Planning and Creating employee relations and Communication activities.
• Prepare progress reports, develop summaries of disciplinary and termination reports.
• Drafting proposals and facilitating meetings with Labor union representatives.
• Factory patrol and orientation of new employees.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Law, or other relevant.
• At least 1-3 years experience in Employee Relations.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, plan, and priorities, Voice of Employees.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Good writing, and Communication in English.
• Requirement of TOEIC at least 450 Scores.
Skills
• Experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, illustrator
