Job Summary

JOB PURPPOSE:

- Working with dealer to achieve the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales target (push sell in)
- Working with end-user to support dealer sell out and increase BS- in house share (pull sell out)
- Expand channel by developing new accounts
- Training/Coaching/Mentoring local sales staffs

Responsibilities

1. Planning:
- Make the Monthly sale plan by dealer, by products
- Planning for the account expansion

2. Sales Execution
 Distributors: 
   + Well management (Inventory, finance…) & well supporting to ensure deliver the monthly sale plan
   + Monthly recruit new distributors to expand the sale channel
-  End-user: Fleet approach
   + Well take care current key fleets & increase BS in house share in those fleets
   + Recruit new potential fleet to support for sell out increasing 
-  Sub-Dealers: 
   + Support Distributors to connect sale with Sub dealer
   + Develop Sub-dealer to be direct dealer or distributor
- Receiving customer feedback and handling customer's complaint

3. Market development
- Survey market and propose new candidate to develop sale channel
- Studying & Finding key source of growth for coming year in in charge territory
- Survey and update demand forcast (by Dealer, by SKU) based on market information 

4.  Manage Local staff
- Manage daily, weekly, monthly activities of Local staff and coaching for their success
- Review the route map for Local staff and manage their activities

5. Others
- Follow up admin task, trade activity, promotion and report to Leader                
- Contribute & support for Marketing activity event, conference, campaign…                
- Follow sales process: Stocks, order and payment

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree                                
2. Experience: Minimum 3~5 years of experience in sales                            
 

Skills

1. Skills:     Interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, proactive, leadership and working under high pressure                                
2 Language: Good at English and Vietnamese communication
