Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to help Bridgestone employees in Thailand stay up to date about the company’s vision, goals, projects, and executive updates by leading strategic internal communication initiatives. This person will work across teams and organizations including HR, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other group companies both locally and globally to execute and evolve brand story via internal communication. The role will build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of Bridgestone employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan in line with business strategies and operational requirements.
  • Produce communications, develop, and write a variety of organizational message/content including presentations, announcements, videos, posters, documents, etc. to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.
  • Manage and develop the companys internal communication channels both offline and online e.g., email bulletins, newsletter, magazine, intranet, etc.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and primarily create and execute internal employee engagement and communications campaigns across the organization.
  • Manage crisis communication management activity internally and externally to protect the brand reputation.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams and organizations to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery e.g., the global & regional corporate communication teams, HR, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
  • Provide management reports monthly and annually to evaluate the success of each initiative.


Sub Job Responsibilities

  • Improve personal and organizational development skills to build capability for performance.


  • At least 5-7 years of experience in communications (marketing, journalism, corporate, executive, internal or employee engagement)
  • Proven ability to create, own and execute comprehensive communication plans with experience leading employee engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, Liberal arts or related fields.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Photoshop)
  • English proficiency both written and spoken. (TOEIC score above 870)
  • Excellent communication, innovative, self-motivated, and result-driven
  • Multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure
