Job Summary

To plan, manage, organize, and control PSR, LVR, and other related products selling to achieve targeted sales and exceed sales volume and contribution targets, if possible.




Key Result Area

1) Sales achievement : To achieve sales target as company target.

2) Market share target : To maintain and increase market share as company target.

3) Sub dealer/Active Car dealer : Develop and increase number of Sub dealer and Active car dealer channel as company target.

4) Financial Control : Manage and control debt of customer as company policy.

5) Budget Control Control and manage budget in order to concern the cost efficiency.


Responsibility / Activities Principle

  • To achieve yearly sales and collection budget.
  • To achieve market share target in every product category.
  • To keep number one brand in Thai market both in name and reality.
  • To develop and increase number of Sub dealer and Active car dealer channel to follow mid-term plan.
  • To maintain and develop good relationship with all loyalty customers.
  • To educate and level up staff’s capability to be next generation of middle management.
  • To develop company’s business strategy to be ahead of all competitors.
  • To contribute to support all other Bridgestone-SBU including Bridgestone mother company to strengthen Bridgestone‘s performance in Asia region.


  • Degree in any field.
  • 15 years experience in sales with managerial level.
  • Proven leadership and experience in automotive, dealer management or retail business is advantageous. 
  • Business Intelligence knowledge, strategic planning, result oriented.
  • Strong people management and development.
  • Excellent in communication and presentation (TOEIC score 800 or above).
