About the Role

 

This is an opportunity for a graduate, from a Marketing/ HR degree, with exceptional people skills, an interest in talent attraction and social media/ online expertise to join a large retail and customer focused business and kick start your career, with access to great leaders and personal growth. You will have the ability to create content to tell the business story and attract the right talent into the business, working to support leaders across the business with their recruitment needs, through various marketing channels and campaigns, supporting the process from talent attraction to on boarding, as an absolute ambassador for the business. Your week will include everything from creating content and adverts for the business, taking job briefs with Managers, screening and speaking to potential new employees for the business and arranging interviews through to liaising with your counterparts in Australia for projects, new ways of working and collaborations.

You will be an optimist, with high self-drive and confidence and someone who relishes a challenge, seeks out new ways of working and enjoys adding value/ delivering outcomes. You will enjoy learning new tasks and finding solutions day to day, where you can make a difference and work with people who will value your input and support. Resilience will be key to your success, as will relationship building and the ability to work with a wide range of people, within a diverse environment. You will be inquisitive by nature and enjoy getting under the skin of things to find the best way forward and enjoy varied work, with deadlines and clear goals something that motivate and challenge you.
