About the opportunity:


We are seeking a passionate administrator to join our Supply Chain Team. This is a busy and varied role: you will gain further experience in Import, Purchasing, Inventory management and Freight co-ordination. You will have experience in an administration function, preferably within a Supply Chain environment.



  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential

  • Competence in MS Excel to intermediate level is essential

  • Ability to identify efficiencies and implement process improvements

  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal

  • A well organised person with great time management skills

  • Customer focused

  • You will have an excellent eye for detail

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Ability to use your initiative

  • Have used an ERP system (SAP preferred)

  • Multi task effectively

  • A “can-do” attitude

  • Team player
