Job Summary
The incumbent will support the Regional Head of Compensation and Benefits in developing and delivering the Company’s total reward strategies which support the Company in attracting and retaining talents.
As an integral part of the Regional Compensation and Benefits Team, he/she will manage the compensation and benefits programs and processes partnering with the Group Companies’ (GCs) HR Teams, to align with regional policies, ensure market competitiveness and compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and policies.
Responsibilities
• Stay ahead of local markets trends and practices in the region, review market trends, evaluate the competitiveness of the program and develop solutions and recommendations, in line with total reward strategies, to effectively attract and retain talents.
• Evaluate the competitiveness of programs, solution development and recommendations aligning with total reward strategies.
• Lead and play a vital role in program design discussion, annual program deployment, management of post implementation program review and enhancement.
• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis on rewards program trends and practices and provide support on project cost modelling and simulation.
• Develop rewards programs, policies and guidelines and provide consultative advice to business and country HR leaders.
• Partner with the country HR team in the region to deliver rewards solutions for the business, monitor and solicit program feedback to ensure governance and enhance the effectiveness of rewards programs and processes.
• Responsible for position evaluation, model salary structures, simulation of compensation competitiveness analysis to support salary budgeting decisions for enablement of effective talent attraction and retention
• Collaborate with HRIS team on rewards digitalization solutions and Finance on program cost budgeting across the region.
• Compensation & Benefits related initiatives/projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Degree in business related disciplines, Mathematics and/or Business Analytics
• 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regional capacity covering Consulting, Regional Operations and Project Management within the C&B spectrum
• Strong fundamentals of Compensation and Benefits systems and programs with excellent analytical and qualitative skills
• Competence in stakeholders’ management across all levels with strong interpersonal and consultation skills across diverse cultural backgrounds and environment
• Excellent business acumens, change management and navigating complexity with appropriate resolutions
• Effective communication, coordination and presentation skills with a high level of integrity
• Ability to engage seamlessly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office
