The Role

This is an initial 18 month fixed-term position based out of our Head Office in Adelaide, reporting to the Brand and Retail Marketing Manager. You will be accountable for the overall strategy and delivery of retail marketing communications and promotional programs, with a view to support sales, brand awareness and increase market share for the Bridgestone network. Responsibilities will also include:
 
Marketing Campaigns: Leading the end-to-end development and execution of retail marketing campaigns across all channels, including managing creative processes and liaising with stakeholders and external agencies.
 
Paid Media Management & Strategic Partnerships: Direction and optimisation of all paid retail media channels, working with agencies to drive digital media strategies for maximum ROI and lead generation, managing relationships and developing collaborative campaigns with key retail partners.
 
Local Marketing and Retail Support: Owning the strategy and budgets for new store launches, identifying new media opportunities and continuously improving systems and workflows for effectiveness and efficiency.
 
Retail Brand Leadership: Management and evolution of retail brand guidelines ensuring stakeholder adherence, governance of brand initiatives and value propositions, and overseeing brand content to increase customer engagement and awareness.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within a marketing role, with additional campaign management experience across various channels. 
  • Excellent commerical accumen, with confidence to manage other teams and expectations where needed. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
