About the role

 

Join our leading Mobility Solutions team in this crucial role, where you will analyse, gather and interpret data to enhance offerings for both transformational and operational needs. The primary objective of this role is to discover and develop business improvements that accelerate the organisation's mobility solutions offerings for the Retail Store Program. ‘Retail’ encompasses franchisee and company store operational support, profitability, network training, and upskilling.

 

You will develop, simplify, innovate and implement complex business concepts and processes for Mobility Solutions through collaboration in a matrix environment. This includes working across cross-functional streams to aid the evolution of business functions, priorities, and initiatives that enable strategic improvement for our organisation and customers.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Interpret business needs and desired outcomes and convert into business requirements
  • Analyse business procedures and activities to map to current and future state processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide assistance and analysis, contributing to the evolution of Retail Solutions
  • Collaborate to allow new and enhanced capabilities to be effectively adopted by business teams and customers

About you

 

  • Significant experience performing requirements analysis using tools (particularly within MS365), methods and communication techniques to extract, develop, validate and document business requirements
  • Significant experience in working with diverse stakeholders to map customer journeys across an end-to-end spectrum to provide alignment of our offerings with the market
  • Proven and flexible problem-solving skills that facilitate tackling complex ideas and interpreting ideas into conceptual business specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient presentation skills across all audience levels
  • Experience holding workshops, facilitating discussions and assisting business stakeholders to anticipate future needs and opportunities
  • Experience with data analysis and modelling, data migration and conversion, business systems testing
  • Strong understanding of data flows, process integrations and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale projects, products, or offerings with a customer-first mindset
  • Effective cross functional and matrix organisational collaboration skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Administration, Management, MBA, Education, Technical, Information Technology, or Finance
  • Highly desirable: Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or Business Consultant role within Retail
