Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing channel brand and managing tire shop as Bridgestone retail channel.

1. Retail network development
▪ Collect potential customer information for branded retail network expansion
▪ Map and analyze potential areas for retail expansion
▪ Facilitate & review new account development in branded network, and review the potential for non-branded retailer
▪ Propose for approval of store with right location, right shop, and right owner based on reliable analysis

2. Retail management & analysis
▪ Manage competition and product profit in retail channel and propose solution
▪ Monthly report material preparation and analysis

3. Training
▪ Coordination and facilitate training for external customers and internal customers
▪ Alignment of training topics and materials with trainer

4. Strategy development
▪ Collect and analyze market intelligence
▪ Facilitate retail strategy development
▪ Follow the sales strategy and lead retail team to implement it through retail channel

5. Project management
▪ Management of other assigned project

6. Campaign
▪ Coordinate internal/external meetings and conduct the channel events
