Job Summary

As an integral part of the Regional Rewards Team, the incumbent will support the Regional Head of Rewards in developing and delivering the Company’s total reward strategies which supports the Company in attracting and retaining talents. He/she will also manage rewards programs and processes in close partnership with the Group Companies’ (GCs) HR Teams, to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with regional policies, compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate competitiveness of the program and develop solutions and recommendations, in line with total reward strategies
  • Lead and participate in program design discussion, play a vital role in annual program deployment, manage post implementation program review and enhancement.  Collaborate with finance on program cost budgeting across region.
  • Conduct extensive market research on rewards program trends and practices, carry out feasibility analysis and provide support on project cost modelling and simulation.
  • Develop rewards programs, policies and guidelines.
  • Partner country HR team to deliver rewards solution to business, monitor and solicit program feedback to ensure governance and enhance the effectiveness of rewards programs and processes within region.
  • Manage position evaluation, model salary structures, simulate companies’ compensation competitiveness analysis to support salary budgeting decisions to enable effective talent attraction and retention in the cluster.
  • Provide consultative advise to business and country HR 
  • Work with HRIS team on rewards digitalization solutions
  • Responsible for Rewards related initiatives/projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree human resources
  • Minimum 12 years of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) experience in the China, Asia Pacific and India. Consulting, Project Management and C&B operations will be advantageous.
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills, with strong principles and practices of C&B system.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultation skills, with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
  • Lead change and results driven.

  • Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, respect for others and passion for success.
  • Good presentation skill.
